WSET Wine Classes at Cree Wine!

We now offer WSET classes at Cree Wine Company! We have partnered with Celebration Wine Academy to guide you on your journey toward Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) wine certification. Courses are taught both in person at Cree Wine Company and virtually, for the ultimate in convenience and flexibility.
~ Enrolled students will receive a 10% discount on to-go bottles of wine purchased online from Cree Wine Company for up to 30 days after the end of your class.
~ Enrolled sudents can enjoy no corkage fee for bottles opened on premise at Cree Wine Compant for up to 30 days after the end of your course. -
Cigar & Whiskey on the Patio

The patio is open for the Summer and what better way to enjoy the warmer weather than a Cigar and Whiskey Pairing on the Patio! Tom Anderer, our in-house Spirits Director, will recommend whiskies to pair with the cigar you bring. Our full menu is available a la carte, plus beers, wines and all kinds of spirits. This is not a ticketed event, you will only be charged for the food and whiskies you order! Come and enjoy with like-minded Cigar & Whiskey enthusiasts! Join us for a journey through one of the most exciting wine regions in France - Beaujolais! A generation of new, young winemakers, priced out of opening their own Domains in the Cote d'Or, are bringing Burgundian level commitment, style and quality to Gamay grape the best terroirs in the Cru Villages and vineyards of the Beaujolais Hills.
With the price of red Burgundy skyrocketing, these wines are a great alternative, and are perfect for late summer and fall cuisine. Chef Andrew will send out delicious hors d'oeuvres throughout, and all wines will be available for purchase.

Meet the Maker: Cooper's Daughter Spirits

Meet Stuart Newsome of Cooper's Daughter Spirits and taste through a lineup of their delicious, locally sourced, produced and aged spirits!
Cooper’s Daughter Spirits is a woman-owned and family operated distillery, cooperage, and apple orchard. The name of the distillery tells the story of a father and daughter who combined their passions to create a business together. Stuart Newsome’s passion is history and he had a 42 year career in historic restoration. His daughter, Sophie Newsome’s passion is the farm-to-table movement.
Stuart hand makes barrels on site from locally sourced American White Oak, which are used to age their bourbon and whiskey. The distillery and cooperage are located in a former circa 1800s carriage house along the Claverack Creek, NY. Local grain, fruit, botanicals, and tree syrups are the foundation for this distillery’s seasonal batch spirits. They produce bourbon, whiskey, vodka, amaro, liqueurs.
