    Join us for an unforgettable evening exploring the remarkable wines of Oregon’s Le Cadeau Winery with Founder and Owner Tom Mortimer and Chris Cree, Master of Wine.

    Le Cadeau was born when Tom, after searching high and low for the perfect site to realize his dream vineyard, discovered an extraordinary piece of land in Oregon’s Chehalem Mountains. Here, he and his team craft wines that capture the essence of Oregon’s unique and exceptional growing conditions.

    Guided by a Burgundian philosophy that champions the importance of place—or terroir—Tom’s small, 16-acre vineyard is divided into distinct parcels. Each block produces a unique expression, shaped by subtle variations in soil composition, exposure, orientation, altitude, and more.

    For this special event, we’ll begin with the Chehalem Mountain Chardonnay, followed by two flights of Pinot Noir, each thoughtfully paired with a small plate created by Executive Chef Andrew Lattanzio.
