Wines of Spain Walk Around Tasting

$65 per person plus tax and gratuity
Known for amazing high value wines, Spain has the more vineyard area than any other country in the world, with hundreds of unique local grape varieties alongside familiar international varieties. During this walk around tasting you will have the opportunity to sample many of the best wines from throughout this diverse country, including those from Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Rias Biaxas, and more!
Featured wineries include selections from Chris's recent trip to Spain visiting some of the hottest wineries on the market including Raul Perez, Dominio del Aguila, Equipo Navazos Sherry, Jose Gil Rioja, Javier Revert and many more! Importer Enrique Ibanez of IPO wines will also be on site to discuss some of his stellar producers.
A selection of small Tapas treats will be served throughout the event created by our ace Culinary team led by Executive Chef Andrew Lattanzio, and all wines tasted will be available to order at the tasting for pick up the week after the event. I hope to see you here! Chris Cree MW

Staff Takeover: Trivia Night!

Chris Cree will be traveling in early October, so while the boss is away, the Staff will play...trivia, that is! Join us on for our first ever trivia night hosted by the Cree Wine Company staff, where we will put your wine knowledge to the test. Winners will earn prizes!
Dinner is a la carte from our regular menu. Each staff member will be selecting their favorite wine that we'll be offering as by-the-glass specials.

Winemakers Dinner: Chateau Maris

Join us for a special Winemaker's Dinner featuring Sir Robert Eden, Winemaker and Co-owner of Chateau Maris in Languedoc, France. We will be serving a special multi-course dinner paired with Chateau Maris wines. (Menu to follow)
Robert is extremely committed to helping preserve the environment, always looking for harmony between production, taste and needs of the market. From the start, Robert has shown himself to be a visionary and a pioneer in sustainability in the region. Chateau Maris was the first biodynamic certified winery in the appellation, the first B-corps certified winery in Europe and has the only cellar in the area made of hemp bricks. The building is entirely Bio-degradable and energy sufficient. Château Maris has been named “one of the most environmentally friendly wineries in the world”, thanks to Robert’s leadership.

Join us for a special walk-around wine tasting where we will be diving deep and tasting both red and white Burgundy. We will explore the vastly different styles of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that are made in this very small region. Learn how a unique sense of place (terroir) is translated into the glass.

Come taste over a dozen of Chris' favorite wines perfect for Thanksgiving including: Champagne, White Burgundy, Pinot Noir & More! You'll taste a wide variety of wines that pair perfectly with your holiday gathering. Master of Wine Chris Cree will discuss each of them and make recommendations. All wines will be available to purchase to help you be prepare for your holiday get togethers.

Join us for a tasting of almost two dozen Champagnes and Sparkling Wines with specially prepared perfectly paired Hors D'oeuvres by Executive Chef Kadon Barnwell. Master of Wine Chris Cree will discuss each of them and make recommendations. All Champagnes and Sparkling Wines will be available to purchase by the bottle or the case to help you prepare for your holiday celebrations!
